Please note:
Water spray height: 30-60 cm. The height of the water spray is different when different spray heads are connected. The solar panel must receive enough sunlight to work properly. Once the solar panel receives enough sunlight, the pump will start in 3-5 seconds.
The solar panel must not be blocked by other objects and must be in direct sunlight. When the solar panel receives enough light, the pump works normally.
Test the water spraying from the pump before connecting the nozzle will help it work efficiently.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
